Through the procurement and processing of tin metal, IMR metal powder technologies GmbH is affected by EU Regulation (EU) 2017/82, which came into force on 8 June 2017 and which imposes obligations on Union importers to fulfil due diligence obligations in the supply chain of tin, tantalum, tungsten, their ores and gold from areas of conflict and high-risk areas from 1 January 2021. Risks in the supply chain have to be identified and appropriate measures taken to minimise them.
